The Necessity of Smart Agriculture
With increasingly severe climate change and a rapidly growing global population, the demand for food is constantly increasing. Vietnam, with its significant agricultural economy, needs to strongly transform to a modern, efficient, and sustainable agricultural model. Smart Agriculture is the key solution to meet these challenges.
Key Technologies in Smart Agriculture
1. Sensors and IoT (Internet of Things):
Sensor systems installed in fields and greenhouses monitor important parameters such as soil moisture, temperature, pH, rainfall, etc. The collected data is transmitted to the control center via the Internet of Things (IoT), helping farmers make accurate and timely decisions.
2. Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning:
AI and Machine Learning are used to analyze big data, predict yields, detect crop diseases early, optimize irrigation and fertilization processes, increasing productivity and reducing risks.

Smart irrigation systems save water and fertilizer while increasing production efficiency. These systems can automatically adjust the amount of water and fertilizer based on data collected from sensors.

Management software helps farmers track the entire production process, from planting to harvesting, storage, and product distribution. This optimizes the production process and reduces costs.
