Why is a Healthy Eating Plan Necessary?

4. Drink Enough Water:

Drink at least 2 liters of water a day: Water helps your body transport nutrients, eliminate toxins, and maintain normal function.

Example of a Healthy Eating Plan for One Day

Breakfast:

Oatmeal with fresh fruit and a glass of unsweetened milk.

Lunch:

Brown rice, steamed fish, boiled vegetables, vegetable soup.

Dinner:

Vegetable salad with boiled chicken or tofu.

Snacks:

Fresh fruit, unsweetened yogurt, chia seeds.
